Do You Want a Flat Stomach in One Month


Getting a flat stomach in one month
is no easy feat however it is possible.
So what do you need to get a flat stomach in one month there are 3 main ingredients:

  • good diet
  • good training routine
  • and finally a good ammount of will power to stick to the two of the above
Personaly when it comes to diet I usually eat plenty of fruit and veg, eat lean meat and fish and avoid stodgy carbs like white bread, pasta and potatoes, I simply replace these carbs with carbs from fruit and veg and where i do have bread or pasta i make sure it is wholegrain and I only eat them in the first part of the day to avoid them not getting burnt off .

For my training I train 3-5 times a week doing a mixture of weights and cardio for about an hour each day in total

When trying to get a flat stomach in one month the will power is deffinatly the hardest part but what I do is just think of is how good the results will be if I stick to diet and training also i alow myself 2 cheat meals a week which breaks things up a bit and gives you something to look forward too.
